This isn't a bug but a Technical Support (Trouble Shooting) issue. Post there.

I suggest making sure you have all your windows updates installed. Then uninstall Fiesta completely. This part is optional, but after I install something, I suggest using a registry cleaner program like CC Cleaner to clean things up. Then re-download the launcher and reinstall fiesta.
If the problem persists I can try to investigate it more.

You're posting in the right folder (look up right now at the top)

Fiesta Game Foums > Technical Support (voila)

It would be better put under the Troubleshooting folder though as there are more chances of getting a response there than in here as a bug report.

If you could tell me your computer set up, it will help in maybe getting an answer.

How much RAM do you have?

What kind of video card do you have?

Do you have a firewall up and active?

Are your drivers for your video card updated?

Do you have DirectX 9.0c?

and so on... :)
