Vitality Production Scroll Scam

I've been seeing this a lot lately on Teva, and I've seen a few of them be purchased, so now you guys get a thread about it. o_o' Sorry.

This is what a Production Learning Scroll really looks like (I don't have a Vit on me, so this is Speed):

The scrolls in that shop are NOT production scrolls. Production scrolls are called "Spell Scroll: Vitality Increase (Tier2)" and have a smiley face on them. They also do not have a level requirement. The text on a Production scroll will read:
A Learning Scroll, when
used, teaches Vitality
Increase (Tier 2).
(Production Skill)

Thanks, Nei. I already sent one in when I first saw it, but I've seen three other users doing the exact same thing since then. :( I just wanted to make people aware of this if I could so maybe fewer people will fall for it while you guys are looking into the problem.
