I enter my User ID and my Password. Web site says it is open beta but the Launcher says I don't have access to closed Beta.
Anyone know how to fix this problem or if there is a way to do it.

You could always re-download it.

It occassionaly does that to me too, just shut the launcher and click it again, sometimes does it 2 or 3 times, idk why but it works after a few tries whenever it happens to me

Oh wow... just when you thought people would get a clue.. along comes another.
Re-DL the game, Re-install the game.. yes your characters are gone so don't even think about it.

It is possible they didn't play the game for so long that they didn't have their old account but still had the original install file. *looking at mine for ****s and giggles* :P

I was in CB2 ASCII and look at my account date.
Can't always tell by that.
The reason for that is I started on another account that was made for me so I could to try out the game and I just stayed there until CB2 closed, then I made my own account.
Maybe he did the same but didn't bother to stay informed on what was going on.
But the notices are still posted so it probably would have been a good idea to read those first.
