How do you talk outloud?

:confused: Okay I have tried everything I can think of to talk outloud yet I can't figure it out and the Gameguide says nothing about it. How do you talk? In World of Warcraft it's /s and your are all good. But here I don't have a clue. Can someone please let me know? Thanks!!! :D
