Ok.. *** is going on.. Ive never had any problems getting into the Kingdom quests before.. But ever since I completed the first three quests, killed King Slime, and became lvl 17 I can't get into one.. I know I am clicking fast enough.. do I have to have a quest for it to let me in ??

You are most likely lagging which causes latency issues when you click "participate". I've had multiple failed attempts but joining quests over level 17 has not been an issue. You should also be aware that people are sniping the Kingdom Quest rather quickly. Normally having the KQ highlighted and right when the sign shows up that the quest has begun. They instantly click which gets them in ultra fast.
You normally should get "Cannot Find Kingdom Quest" or some other messages if the quest is full or its in progress.
