I'm starting to get angry..

I have been reinstalling and unistalling launchers for 4 days and still the game hasn't even given me an error to why I can't play..it's just simply greyed out...I'm beginning to lose faith too because no one else seems to have the same problem and the gm's are confounded..

If anyone else has had this problem and somehow fixed it..please let me know.. D:

Sounds like your video card cant handle the game a few things you can try is.
1. Make sure you have the most current video card driver.
2. Make sure you have the most current directX from microsoft.
3. If you have done both of those and still nothing try running dxdiag. you can find info on how to do that at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/190900

Well not the entire window is greyed, just the 'play' button..

You have a firewall? If it can't connect to the patch server... most likely means your firewall is blocking it.

Yeah i think your right..new charter firewall dealy I need a pass to turn off..didn't realize we had 2 firewalls to turn off now...hopefully I'll be back on shortly!
