:confused:I've downloaded and installed the game the patches and all but when I click the launcher, enter my name and password, and click play, It opens a new screen then quickly closes it and nothing else happens. what am I doing wrong?

Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.
Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?
Vid card drivers up to date?
Meet minimum requirements?
Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions will cause the game to NOT launch.
