One, PM Fiesta_Help about this. It's a general inbox that all the GM's go through. Seeing as it is the weekend, you might have to wait until monday to get a reply.
If it's a 403 error, I suggest going to the Troubleshooting forums. There's a few threads there that list a bunch of errors and ways to fix them.

LoLZ... I'm from germany... "well staying there now" No prob here... but then again i've been playing this darn game for almost a year.... So if they cut me off... i be really mad hahahaha

outspark wont accept new players from those countrys it started in june 14 or was it july..
