how can you complete the kingdom quest nr.3 if you are over lvl 16 ??

You can't do any of the slime KQ's after 16 so click on it in your quest list, and select give up. Nothing else you can do.

Or you can keep it in the list and look back at level 50 and go "you know, I still have that quest as a trophy..."

Problem is: You can't run more than 10 quests simultaneusly at time.
