how do i use the elure?
its the thing that makes your weapon better (i think)
and what different does it make is it has happines or celebration mark or whatever?

You need to go to a blacksmith ( Either at Roumen or at Elderine) And choose Refine Item. Then put your weapon/shield/piece of equipment you want to enchance in the box at the center then put an elrue in one of the other 8 boxes and choose Refine item ( Dont know if this is the actual Phrase i have long time to enchance :P) Elrue is used for stages 1 to 3 then Lix for 4 to 6 and Xir for 7 to 9...Higher LVL items are more difficult to enchance...remember your item can be destroyed if the enchancment fails! Hope this helps!

Also what are the three slots on the bottom of the weapons refiner for?

Red box for Red Eye - zero breakage
Blue box for Blue Mile - suppose never downgrade but could once in a blue moon
Yellow box for Gold Nine - suppose to increase success ate

Alright Blessed and Lucky Elrues has the same effects as the normal one BUT blessed increase your success rate by 5%, and Lucky could upgrade your weapon by 2 instead 1
It's a chance thing.

The chances are still completely random no matter where you put the Elrue.
