I was blocked for no reason...by a gm

My old main account had a mage named Intet and an archer named _Jin, they were both in their 6x and just today, I tried logging in but it said my account had been blocked. I couldn't log into the forums or anything else anymore either. I DID NOTHING WRONG. I DIDN'T HARRASS ANYONE OR EVEN BUY GOLD FROM THE SPAMBOTS OR ANYTHING. I WAS JUST PLAYING THE GAME, GRINDING, PVPING W/ MY FRIENDS, AND FIGHTING OTHER PEOPLE AROUND MY LVL IN THE FREE BATTLE ZONES. WHY WOULD I GET BLOCKED?!? The only reason I can think of why this happened is because of fake reports. I never even made ANY SERIOUS OFFENSES, EVER. I've cussed at people now and then, but that's about as bad as I've gotten. I see no reason for why I was blocked. NO REASON.

Here is what they will tell you "You must have violated the ToS in some way".
The best thing to do is try to contact a CSR through Outspark email.
But if it was a GM that banned you, it is likely that no one else will even get involved.

They will just ban your whole account if you do that.
You won't get an explanation from them, I guarantee it.

The next thing that will happen is either a really unhappy CSR Joker or CSR Hal will appear and delete the thread and issue a warning.

roflmao when they do an account ban the first thing they do is send an e-mail to the e-mail adress that was used to create the account. so look for your e-mail and it will tell you the duration of your ban and the reason for the ban.

Yeah, they may do that but what I meant is that you won't get a response from them in the forum.

Not necessarily.. my friend was banned the other day and I know for a fact she never does anything wrong.. anyways, she got banned, no email or anything.. :eek: Kudos to outspark for messing up something else!

O.o.... you posted a lot of threads... but yeah I've been randomly banned today for some strange reason I don't understand. All you can do is,

1. Check your email account that you signed up to Fiesta with for an email+reason.
2. If you feel it was unjust then send a support ticket. It's frustrating and I'm tearing my hair out waiting for a reply but its all I can do.

Before taking up the time of the CSR team to tell you that you were reported for user harassment and usage of profanity I would review the Terms of Service and the Forum Rules.
