Are you sure it isn't you lagging? Sometimes I have to get off of a mover, switch movers, then go back on a mover just to fix it.

Make sure you did not press 'z' to make it walk rather than run...
I read this also applies to movers...

First of if you press to walk, it will walk.
Second, if youre laggin when you get on it, It will go itno a kind of 'slow mode" where it goes slower than if you wer walking (its like when the hobby ran outta food it goes slower than walking).
Just get off, jump around, do some actions, gt back on it, and see if it moves faster.
If it doesnt work th first time, do it again.
Sometimes i get this and i have to do it 4-5 times to get it right working order.

No, the scarab DOES have a slower movement speed compare to a raccoon....
i won one from remis and used it recently, it felt like its only a touch faster than the hobby...
different cash shop movers, have different movement speed, and i dunno why the scarab cost the same as a raccoon when it's slower... =/

The same as any: it's for aesthetics. The Scarab looks cool. People will pay more to have something that looks cool. It's simple really.

The scarab is expensive because its a new release, it's slow because it's a damn beetle.

It's not slow. Its the same speed as the Raccoon.

The scarab is not really slow but I won't be seen riding that thing with its big buggy behind. I am not really a bug person.:cool:

Trust me. I have statistics. It's ALMOST the same speed as the Raccoon.

Probably because your processor is slow and can't keep up with the Animations in the game.
