actually now we know why he was banned. I'm not entirely sure but I think the shouting has to take place on one map

And yes, if you leave a map you won't get the title. I also readed somewhere that you won't get it if you speak with a NPC, but I don't know if that's true...

Yeah you'll get it as long as you stay on one map..Talking to npcs doesn't affect it at all.
