It means your client is REALLY old. What you need to do is re-download the game client and install it. The new client will uninstall the closed beta client and install the new one. From then on you shouldn't need to DL another client (we hope).
BTW, don't re-DL that file. Judging from your creation date it means you got ahold of a very unuseable file. If you did DL the client from somewhere other than here, don't re-DL the one you currently have. It will never work.
