I just recently bought some sparkcash, and I'm having some problems with it. I can see my current amount while I'm on the main website, but I can see it while viewing the store in-game. I bought an item from the website, but it's giving me an error when I view my premium inventory. While in-game, I apparently have no sparkcash and no items, while on the website I have about 6k sparkcash, and should have an hp potion in my inventory. Can someone fix this issue?

looks like I am not the only one having the problem, its been 6 days since I bought my stuff but noting showing up in my inven in game o.o' outspark is scamming?

We are not "scamming".
I have never heard of this issue before.
Please clarify it a bit more.
If you've bought the item through the website, you should still be able to log in-game and see it in your premium inventory.
If you cannot, and this problem persists, you need to contact support@outspark.com

The item is in my inventory today, but viewing my sparkcash account from ingame still presents a 0 balance. My brother is also getting this problem.

i am having the same problem in game on the store it sayes i have stuff in backpack ( i am logged in to the store) but it does not show up in any of my backpack tabs in game can u help?

im also having a problem, i just brought 7k spark cash, i CAN login to the store BUT it isnt showing me any of the items in store so i cant actually buy anything, i have tried everything to get it to work, tried rebooting my modem tried restarting my pc, tried disabling firewalls ect but still nothing, im not happy, this is the first time ive played and brought in game cash and i cant even spend it!!!!
can someone plz help?

What kind of web browser are you guys using?
I've noticed it happens to me only when i use Internet Explorer 7. Luckily, i mainly use Mozilla Firefox and it works fine for me.
