Help with login in!

i dont know what to do, i login into the game, and it appears that my opengl is not updated, and opengl is a mac product and i use a microsoft,
after login in nothing occurs, the download update windows appears and it closes and nothing happens
what do i do?

You failed to list the game in question, which is why they're saying what they did about the tech site. They mean go to the game forums area for the game you're inquiring about and look for Troubleshooting in that area. =)
