Unable to learn LV20 2H Sword Mastery

I have just obtained LV20 and a title of Clever Fighter. Yet when I purchase and try to learn 2H Sword Mastery, I was unable to learn and it says I do not meet the class requirement. I dun know what to do about it and seeks the advices of others here...

You need to do the class upgrade quest at level 20 first. You can obtain it from your skill trainer in Elderine. Once you finish this, your character is actually the rank of Clever Fighter, not just the title. Then you can use all armor, skills and items associated with the Clever Fighter rank.
