I'm still not sure whether to do it as the empowerment doesnt show a + to duration, and if its not significant I'd rather empower something else. Anyone know what the difference is?

I tested with guy that had max duration, no difference from what i could see. It lasted 6-7ish mm1s with max cooldown for both of us :/

Without empowerments it lasts 15 seconds, with full empowerments on duration, it gives additonal 3 seconds or so. Doesn't say on description but it works.

Yeah its pretty poor considering fear is double duration.

if you plan to spend all your time in pvp, then u might give a shot and empower stiffle.
if not, then better empower the cd on cc, it's more usefull since it lowers the cd with 1min 40 sec.
