while in game you run up on whatever monster and you fire once at a monster and somepone else does at the same time and they start crying about ksing.....even though i only fire one shot and stop they still persist to cry about it. prime example a character on Teva server is a character named samuray or how ever you spell his name

Basically im just tired of the crying when will people realize this is just a game.

They won't when they are 11 years old, for example.

You're tired of crying, yet you do so in the forums?

I'm just kidding. I know what you're talking about. Just ignore it. It won't stop.

Well, there's somethings you have to deal with. This is one of them.

Once or twice is easy to ignore but when they run around behind you and attack right after you just to mooch of the exp, then it gets really annoying...

Okay,

First: This is a pointless thread. Because of the very fact that everyone makes mistakes, some people just don't see it that way. Therefore, writing about those mistakes will just make more confusion. People will lose track of what the conversation is truly about and find something that everyone can relate to, even if that topic is meaningless/just one of those topics that starts arguments.

Second: Usually people only complain about kill stealing in the Forest of Tides, Sand Beach, and the forest area outside of Roumen. This is because so many people create new characters every day. Some cannot advance further into the game because they are held back by the vast amount of people. I see where people are coming from when they say that mages and archers are the main source of the kill stealers. This, is not true. The problem is that mages and archer can attack from long distances. So you may not see them when you are about to attack a monster. That, and the fact that once the spell has been casted, it cannot be stopped. The spell takes time to cast. Not much, but plenty enough for it to seem like they stole your kill.

Third: Moving to a different area, will solve nothing. At least not at that level. There is only a few places to go at that level. Moving to a different area, will only cause you to fight much too high level monsters and cause more annoyances from death, than from kill stealers. Once level 15-20 has been hit/accomplished, there are more places to go. Although, someone who purposely kill steals, has no right to tell others to move. If they want to kill certain monsters, they need to find another spawn point. Just about every monster in the game, has more than one spawn point. Certain monsters, however have very few spawn points. Therefore, the players have no choice. I have a level 22 mage, and at level 20, you are required to kill monsters much lower than your level. However, those monsters have various spawn points. Find an empty one. There are many.

Fourth: I can not tolerate people who kill steal my kill when I start a new character. I do not do anything about it if it is not done purposely. People who purposely steal my kill or just keep hanging around my spot, and steal my monsters repetitively, will be punished by my mage who will come out and steal every one of their kills until I feel satisfied. That is my solution. It's easy, it helps clear them out of my area (which is always pretty small), and it gives me my monsters back.

Five: The beginning area is very frustrating. That's why it seems as if the people are crying. Once someone steals a certain amount of your kills, you snap. So get used to it. It happens a lot.

Your second reason is'nt really good. Seeing as how 90% of archers and mages atk a mob when you are only a few inches from it and your sword is in the air...or they will se you running towards it and atk it anyway. Just my opinion though it doesnt bother me in the least being a fighter [tanking **** >=) ] I jus noob train on them and my problems are solved ^.- b

I keep all chat channels turned off except whisper. I never hear the gold spammers, the whiners, the mindless dronings of the 10 year olds, or anything else for that matter and I LOVE IT! :p
