Launcher Error: Operation Requires Elevation

As my launcher is trying to download the newest patch, as soon as it finishes I get an error that states:

"Launching Outsparkpatcher Error: The requested operation requires elevation"

I can 'X' out of this of click "OK". Both send the error screen away, and the launcher.

Trying it again yields the same problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running Vista with NVidia.
Not sure what driver it is. I think it's been recently updated.
Everything else -should- be up to date.
