Not making much sense, however if I attempt to the gist of this post...

Be aware the GMs are working as best they can in the time they can to see and attend to these things. They are human and they work many long hours (12+) in trying to get this game up on its feet.

GMs host events, answer people's questions, attend to whispers, shouts and everything in between there. They deal with spam bots, cheaters, exploiters and more.

And that's just scratching the surface. There are currently only 2-3 active GMs spread out across the 2 servers. That's barely 1 per server.

Now imagine trying to deal with all that headache each day.

Not true. IP bans can be dodged. Subnet bans are what you're looking for... it bans an entire segment of a network, or an entire network, from the service. If you want to dodge that, you'd better find yourself a new ISP. ;)

That said, banning innocent bystanders on those same networks would not be good for PR either.

They'll get it fixed. The GMs have a ton on their plates right now handling, well, everything. Remember, this game is still in beta. Don't expect perfection this soon in the development process.
