outspark launcher was not installed properly

hello,
i have downloaded the game about 6 different times and when i bring up the launcher a message pops up and says the outspark launcher was not installed properly.
then i click ok and the launcher pops up but doesnt let me log in still.

I had the same problem not to long ago... I ended up just removing fiesta and sharplauncher from my programs, and doing a clean install of the game client... this seemed to work well for me when i was having the same problem.
