gm please look i need help fixing this

ok here my issues right now
1.cant put s spell in my speed bar that i bought and cant unequip the ones in my speed bar
2. sometimes cant cast spells with right click on speed bar
3.somtimes cant cast by pushing the number key on my keyboard while the chat dialoque box is closed and well we all know it wont cast em while the chat dialloque box is open cause well youd be typing then

tried fixes
1. closed and reopened game
2. uninstalled and reinstalled game
3. searched for help in forums

my pc specs

2.96 ghz pentium processor
2 gigs ddr2 ram
512 agp ati radeon video card
my sound works fine so i wont list that
10mb a sec internet connection

the spell i cant equip is firebolt02
my character is level 15 i have all the available spells at this time for my mage the others i cant unequip even tried equiping lower level firebolt to speed bar nothing

well these things all started in echo cave i went back there and now its working again i clicked the little thing that puts your speed bar on the side and it started working again havent tested if the spells work or not but i would suggest to all who have this issue go to echo cave or where ever you were when it started and change where your side bar is and see if it starts working again correctly
