Login Problem and more.

Hey,I'd like to share some problems i have in the game.
The first one is when i'm getting in to the game and i see the login screen with the music and all that, suddenly i see a message: "The Connection has failed.", then i need to restart the game and it's just annoying.
Another problem is when i'm trying to connect to the server, i just can't! 90% of the times it dosen't response, and when it response, i see another message: "The connection to the world has failed."
I mean, with all these bugs, I didn't play even once in the game, and i really want to.
Please help me.

Do you by chance have a firewall? And can you list your computer specs (Operating System, RAM, Video Card, etc)?

Yeah, I have a firewall.. but I have no idea how to turn it off...
The firewall was the problem of many things in the past... do you things it is the problem?

i've turned my firewall off and it didn't help me any...i still can't get logged into the games server...i've listed my specs elsewhere, but here they are ;)

OS: Window XP
Firewall: McAffee and Windows
Anti-Virus: AVG and McAffee
Ram: not sure, but it's enough to play 512MB Video games and at least has that much
Video Card: nVIDIA GeForce 6100 (whatever, it works for 128MB games)

are you on a wireless router. I ran into an issue like this on another mmorpg last year when I was on one. The issue then was the router was slowing me down too much causeing me to time out.

DSL direct line...no wireless router or anything, took down all my protections and tried, but it still gives me the 'connection to server has failed' msg...it's annoying, i could use a good online game to play...both Firewalls of mine allow Outspark, so i don't know what's up...pls help me get online so i can play, i'm bored ;)

Yeah it wont let me log in it says something like "Either your name or password is incorrect or, your not autherized to play the closed beta" WHAT CAN I DO OR WHAT DO I DO? HELP PLEASE
