Sparkcash bug

I have a serious problem with the SPARKCASH,i charge some money to buy eyes and go to buy them, I realized that I do not have the sparkcash and if I entered an assumed the money in the card, I have saved the update, just in case. ..
please Gm's or players if I can help you appreciate it very much.

There's a button at the bottom that says, "Submit a ticket."

Send them the copy of the confirmation letter you received in your email and they should sort it within a few days. It is Friday though, and business hours won't resume (after this workday), until Monday. So You might not hear anything until Tuesday or so.

AND- Stay calm and reasonable in your help letter!
