ok, maybe i'm just stupid but i literally CANNOT uninstall my sharplauncher... the same thing happens that i posted about when i try to open the launcher.

"the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. click 'OK' to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'SharpLauncher55.msi' in the box below."

that was the message that came up when i tried to run my launcher originally... now it comes up when i try to uninstall the program, with add/remove programs... and if that isn't wierd enough....

i've already uninstalled fiesta completely, now all that is left is the launcher, and since i can't remove the program, i went and tried to just delete the "outspark" and "sharplauncher" folders. now when i try to put either in the recycle bin or use the delete button

error deleting file or folder:"Cannot delete sharplauncher:it is being used by another person or program" "close any other programs that might be using the the file and try again"

is there an easy way to see if a program is using sharplauncher? how does that work anyways? why would a program on my computer be using my sharplauncher? anyways, the real question relates to the first error i had... I CANT EVEN UNINSTALL SHARPLAUNCHER IT WON'T LET ME!! can i just do a new download of the game client from the website? or do i have to remove my sharplauncher first?

Shut your pc off then restart and then delete the folder and it should work. If this doesnt work then you need to open the task manager and see where it is running and stop the process then delete it.

thanks for the quick reply :)

i actually was able to delete the files ("outspark" and "Sharplauncher") but the sharplauncher still shows up in my add/remove programs list... which brings me to the original error that i posted about... i don't know what to do cause i can't even UNINSTALL the darn thing. so now what i'm wondering... if i have sharplauncher on my list of programs, will it screw things up if i download the game client?

This edits the registry, which is a core system component. Any error in editing could be disastrous.

Make sure the Outspark folder is deleted.

Go to Start >> Run
Type regedit
Enter

1.Click Ctrl+F
2.Enter Outspark
3.Delete all entries that are found.
4.Repeat 2~3 until there are no entries left.
5.Click Ctrl+F
6.Enter Fiesta
7.Delete all entries that are found.
8.Repeat 6~7 until there are no entries left.

Reboot.
