ok, so I know i've been posting alot in this troubleshooting forum about problems i'm having, hope i'm not getting on anyones nerves...

having said that, i didn't want to post this cause i'm sure that i've seen this same problem in another thread, but i looked and looked and couldn't find it.

i finally got everything removed and went to download the client, got the game downloaded, then when i run the program it asks to install the sharplauncher, click "ok" and it pops up with

"THE INSTALLATION OF OUTSPARK LAUNCHER HAS FAILED. SETUP WILL NOW EXIT"

like i said i know i've seen this before but i couldn't find the thread so if somone could help me out here i would greatly appreciate it. thank you

Most likely you don't have enough space on your hard drive.

You should have at least 2GB free of space.

I have 55.7GB of free space on my harddrive...

has anyone else experienced this problem or have any ideas on what i can do to fix it?

so i guess i'll just bump this since i still don't know what to do, and i've pretty much given up since no one wants to help me :(

i have, but i dont remember how i fixed it, did you delete the sharp launcher from the add/remove programs list?

i sorta have the same problem but mine syas like:launcher initialization error. startIndex cannot be less than zero.Parameter name:startIndex. so then i click ok then the launcher comes up downloading something called:sharp launcher patch 65_68.masp then 1 second later this other thing comes up saying:your sharp launcher is out of date.you need to download and run the latest Outspark sharp launcher installer.

do you know what i should do????

Please don't Necro-Post.

As stated in the error messages you are getting, your launcher is out of date. Uninstall it, and make sure you leave no traces of it behind, and then reinstall the game to make sure it's the most up to date version. Which you can find on Fiesta's Downloads Page. (http://fiesta.outspark.com/support/?view=download)

Try that and it should resolve your issue.
