Launcher Problem

I've recently been having problems with the game's launcher. It may have something to do with me copying and pasting my name and password but it brings up the box that says either it isnt my real name and password or I am not authorized to play the beta.

Normally I just close it and open it again and it works, but this time it wouldn't work until I restarted my computer.
