the login isn't working...

i opened up the outspark launcher, put in my name and password but it makes a big white box appear on my screen. Then it disappears and then not too long after, the launcher disappears.

at first i expected something to happen and sat there for like 5 minutes but
nothing showed up! please help!!

Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.

Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?

Vid card drivers up to date?

Meet minimum requirements?


Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions can cause the game to NOT launch.

i allowed outspark on my firewall and i do have the latest version of DirectX.

i just dont know what to do about the other two =] help?

For drivers go to the card manufactureres site either nvidia.com for their cards or amd.com for ATI cards (AMD now owns ATI)

1.)Go to your video card makers website and see if they have a new driver available. You can see what driver you have now by running a "dxdiag". It will tell you there.

2.)http://www.outspark.com/fiesta/download_requirements

3.)Yes, running a "dxdiag" will tell you what version you have aswell.You want version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

I just downloaded the game and everytime I try to log on, the screen flashes and exits. I allowed it on my firewall and it still won't work
