HELP me. (i cant play the game)

when i click the outspark launcher, type in my user and password,
click play, this little window pops up for like a second and then...

nothing.

please tell why this is happening. :confused:

i know neither can i i go on a character then it puts me back at my desktop and it doesn't even say anything!

Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.

Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?

Vid card drivers up to date?

Meet minimum requirements?


Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions will cause the game to NOT launch.
