Plz help me i cant install eny outspark game

:mad::mad:its really anoyying. When it gets the the outspark launcher download it say "The installation of outspark launcher has failed. Set up will now exit" it then shuts down the installer :mad::mad:

btw this is with evry game because you need the outspark launcher for all of thm

Well we need to know which game you are specifically talking about.

Try emailing support@outspark.com and/or checking out the troubleshooting section of the corresponding forum to the game you are trying to install.

try to restart your computer, reinstall your game and if it still doesnt work, try the link that yosei gave you :)

hmmm having the same problem as well i have tried to download fiesta 3 times now.i get the same error at the end.biggest pain about it is the waiting to install it over and over and when you think your almost done,well was kinda upsetting.

any firewall or antivirus blocking the outspark game or did you try restarting comp

I have a similar problem, I download the client but once it's finished and it's on my desktop I try to set it up so I can play Fiesta. It tells me to choose a program to open it and I choose explorer, I was told that I need DirectX and I downloaded it but still this isn't working. I'm so agrivated that I'm just about ready to say screw it, someone please help me I really want to play this game but I don't know what to do.

does it show like an unknown file type? if yes just write .exe on the end of the name of the client

I don't know it just gives me a list of programs like explorer, windows media etc. I have no idea what to do, when I choose internet explorer nothing happens. I seen in the start up guide that firefox was used instead, does that make a difference?

Try right-clicking the set-up file then clicking "run as"
