You're MUCH better off using XP. People trying using Vista are running into all kinds of problems.

So far, no luck with Vista. Has anyone had success?
I get the intro music, the static background. No menu, animation or logo.
Guess i'll have to fix the sound on the old machine for now. works great in XP, SLI or not.

I play on XP and Vista (laptop and desktop), and have only run into problems on my XP laptop, being a lil sluggish. Vista runs smooth.

Vista works fine for me so does XP. I use Vista by far the most though and I've had no problems with it.

Everything works with vista on me. Just that the texts become purple and pink, everything is ok. I fixed it, becouse I just forgot to install one driver. Now I had to reboot AGAAAIN, and now I can't remember witch driver I need to download, even I am doing driver scans.. -__-

BUT,,, My firewall always blocks the auto patcher. It always asks me, even though i click

"always let this program have access to the internet

It works fine for Vista, at least for me. I have pretty slow laptop, but still it works. Though I have some lag.

For Vista you always have to 'run as administrator' and it should be fine.

Yea. When i installed it, it was automatically set to run as administator.

On the desktop, if the fiesta icon dosent have a sheild on it, you have to right click on it and select "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR"!

Our games will work for both XP and Vista. I recomend using XP for the best Game Play experience.

Ok this looks promising...
I am having trouble with my launcher. It seems to have problems recognising that the patcher has finished, 'cause it just stops dead and the little bar says "applying patch" even though the patcher had started and then told me it was done. i know a little (very) about computers and i can follow directions. i am running as admin. and i have configured my firewall.

the only probem i have with vista is the evil "an unidentified program wants access to your computer" thing



and since y mom is the admi nistrator and im 14....DAMN YOU VISTA!!!!!!
