For all who have been asking about this - This is how I got around that annoying "/ncrc" install corruption.
1. Get Free Download Manager. (Mine is the AnimeHunter's version - Don't know if this affects things)
2. Use the right click the direct link and hit "Download with free download manager"
3. While downloading in the manager hit the "+" key to add another section. Do this until you can't anymore. (This is for DL speed)
4. Double Click to Install ;)
