I believe there might be a bug that takes place after you refine your item. After I upgraded my item to +2, I couldn't reequip it. I unequipped all of my other items and couldn't equip them either. After I logged out and logged in again I could reequip them though.
Um...also, the screen sometimes goes blank twice just for a split second, kinda like flashes...so...just wanted to know what that was lol
