How do I join a KQ and where is the entrance?

Anyways, you go to the waterfountain statue and talk to the dude there, and yeah..
I suggest before participating, you'll see what I mean, log in and log back out. ^^

You can also click on the little hourglass to the left of your mini map to get into a KQ.

Absolutely NO reason to see the Cheif to join a KQ. Simply click the hourglass tab at the bottom of the min-map to open KQ list. You can join from anywhere in the game.
