~ how do some people get the spinning glows rings around the weapons?
~ on the elrue, is says somethink stage 1-3 does it mean u can only use it till +3? what do u use for +4 and above?
~ on some elrue it says it add a celebration or happy mark, what do these marks do? any additional stats?
