well as i said to u in eldy the other day i feel like this game is falling apart. what i mean by that is this. i feel as if the devolopers of his game is more concered abou cs than they are with the game anymore. what i mean by that is this cs items are great yea dont get me wrong but its getting way too costly one and another thing is alot of the game old population has left the game and the new people well they don know better.. i am not sure about all the rest of fiesta but me for one would like to see a little more effort in makeing the game better and not the cs items.. trust me there is alot of stuff that needs fixing...ie how come in the 70-79 dungen there is like 15 mobs in each room so not what the point of a pvp area..compared to the 50-59 and te 60-69 areas...i mean for 1 its not like we get alot of quests at the llv of 70-79 so why not give us more mobs in our 7x pvp area... fix the game and stop worrying about the cs items and alot of the old players will come back ... well gm there u go my thery on the game as u asked thanks again for listening maybe something will b done to fix it but only u cant bring this to the right people to fix the game

In a way I agree with you. You've brought up some pretty decent points, though I know this has been mentioned in some previous threads.. but hey you're entitled to stating your opinions. So keep at it and I'm sure they'll look at these concerns and possibly do something to save the game. lol.

if they want the game to run better, they better start applying more Help options for players, such as: transferring items bought on the wrong account for new starters because they have no idea how it really works at the beginning (like me :(), and apply IP ban for those people who attempts to scam or selling stuff a billion times its real worth, Look more into reports of Glitches/bugs and actually fix them, Test the patches in a seperate server before they get released, that could increase gamers' confident and fun playing this game.

The only thing I want is to have my PMs answered.
Everytime I send one it seems like it's just deleting.
"Meh, not important. NEXT--!"
Also. Okay, we have a new set of glitchy, pointless stairs. The new tab in the community window. Etc. Why start with new things if you're not gonna fix the old ones?
Like the animation perhaps? I still see my mage and cleric's skills still look weird.
I vote yes on proposition "LESS CS, MORE IN GAME".

As frustrating as it is... you are aware that they really only have control over the cash shop, right? Which is why it seems that that is constantly updated while everything else just kinda flounders. They have done alot for this game. They've made mistakes but they've done alot of great things too. We don't actually know exactly why things happen the way they do in terms of fixing things in-game other than they can only do what OnsOn soft tells them to do. We don't know what their contract/agreement is, what it entails, what will be coming in the future.
I've heard someone say before 'we know there are problems, but would you rather have us release content with a few bugs, or nothing at all? At least this way you get more in the game and we can work on the bugs as we go...' paraphrased of course, but thats generally what happens.
If OnSon soft says no more mobs in the dungeon, then thats it. Maybe that will change in the future, but you really just have to hang in there if youre serious about playing this game and just deal with it the best you can.

All excellent points, all around.
There are a few ways to get your voice heard. I would suggest drafting a detailed yet concise email and sending it to support@outspark.com. List out your focus points and arguments and, most importantly, try to bring up a possible and feasible solution to every issue you raise. Complaints have a way of becoming deafening after a while but suggestions are another thing. Knowing that Outspark is a distributor, not a developer, what do you think the could do to improve the game for all users?
The major problem is that, say 99% of people leave Fiesta. What does that matter to OnSon, really? Their game is still running and Outspark is most probably under contractual obligation to keep paying them for service until the end of term, regardless of player base. So how can the player base here influence OnSon in Korea to bring content and fixes faster? What would increase their level of responsibility to Outspark and, inevitably, to you? If you can answer that and then suggest it to Outspark in a way they can make it happen, you may help shape the future of Fiesta for everyone.
There is a saying: “Stand for something or step aside”. You have the opportunity to make a change. Are you up to the challenge?

I would like to know why GMs and GLs arent in the game constantly to adress issues that occur in the moment, are they paid to do their job and therefore limited hours of duty? They are never around on the weekends, the busiest time of the week, and if they aren't paid to do their job why not appoint more to be in game and helping deal with the rulebreaking and harassing issues that occur at the time they happen?
I would love to be a watchdog for this game even if I didn't get paid to do it.

The level 70 abyss is alright....for archers that is. You can constantly keep moving and gather huge mobs. Close to 1 million experience an hour.
That said, there is no 80 abyss! I'm poor at the moment. I hope it can be implemented soon.
If you work on sparchcash a lot, that means more money. More money will improve the game I guess. I know that some of the old players are quitting, but they have done something great to test this game. It is these players who find out about the bugs and make a better future for the game. It all takes time to find all the bugs and then implement more features as the game progresses.
Do not worry, the game will get better I hope.

The GMs have a lot more work to do than to just be in the game constantly, busting everyone they see breaking a rule. That's why they request to take a screen shot and send it to them, that way they can take the necessary action needed toward the offender.

If we had any sort of idea of the 'contract' Outspark is under with OnSon then we could make some suggestions that would be far more realistic. I know that we will never have this information, but it would be nice to have some sort of idea as to what could be changed. e.g. specific areas, like, if it IS possible to change the lv70 dungeon, then tell us that and we could make some realistic suggestions about what we would like to see in that area.
What I personally would love to see is the launcher used as a proper noticeboard for important messages, updates, up-and-coming features, AND general chit-chat. Really keep players in the loop, because right now alot just don't understand what is going on, what the rules are, or what GM's can even do in this game. I really liked seeing those 'GM thought of the day' messages, because it let us know where your heads were at, even if you were in a silly frame of mind :) If the font could be made larger, more prominent, that would be great too. Pictures are nice and all, but I'd like more information through text, not a big picture taking up the majority of the launcher.
People need to know more about this forum, also. I would love to see a big push for this communication medium. Alot of important info goes on here, and I've seen a GM say before that if it's posted here, it doesnt matter if the people IG don't see it, it's now trufax (paraphrased). But that's a bit unfair - all players have a right to know what's going on. A push for the forum could do that.
We also need to have promises kept. We still don't know what is happening with the blue's IG. Sure... we were told they were going to be removed... but umm... when is that going to happen? I thought it was the 22nd. Has it happened? If it has, then I appologise, but I never read any official announcement telling me that it is now safe to buy blues again.
More contact with GM's and GL's IG would help boost people's opinions that yes, this game DOES have a community feel to it and there are people who really care behind the scenes. I used to see GM's alot, but lately I haven't. And I've been playing alot. Could you look into improving these relations a bit more? Becoming friendly with a select few is frowned upon, but if you were able to touch down in all servers regularly and just chit-chat with everyone then we'd love it. I know you get abuse and people begging for monsters, but over time we'd learn that hey, thats not what you're there for, you actually want to catch up with 'the people' and just chill for awhile, we'd appreciate that and over time you wouldn't get so much abuse.
I went and had a look at the list of all the people who actively work as part of the Outspark team IG and on the Forum. There's alot of you!! But... I only see a mere handful ever saying anything or engaging IG. Why is that? I'd like to get to know more of you.
What I'm suggesting here mainly has a customer-relations focus, because I don't know what you can really do about the gameplay issues. I know you control the Cashshop, and I know you can control your customer-service. The cashshop is doing fine, so no comments on that. But I would really love to see a customer-service focus back in game again. It used to be there, but lately it's been lacking. Alot. It has nothing to do with Dakkon, it is something that has been going down-hill for a few months and in a game that moves so quickly and people form judgements, you really need to act on this. Older players would appreciate seeing you IG more and knowing exactly what's going on, and new players would go "wow. This game really does have a community feel to it. I even met a GM today and he said hello to me!! I think I might stay..."

I'd suggest breaking down shifts for whoever they'd send to bust scammers/spammers and whatnot..... maybe have people cover this 4 hours at a time with a total of 6 people .... that way it'd be 24 hours coverage.
As for the bugs, they'd have to see and test it themselves ingame, then work on a solution from there, maybe doing maintenance once a month to ensure that the problems/bugs/etc. are at least being looked at and acted upon in a timely manner (a month isn't that long, we've seen bugs and glitches last much longer than that).
Other than that, it's a good game as is, and I'm grateful for all they do for us, the gaming populace.
Long live Fiesta!
P.S. The minute they add the lvl. 80 abyss, I'm grinding like there's no tomorrow, lol.

I would also like to see just a little more news, notices, and interaction from the staff if it is at all possible. I know you are all busy, and cant tell us about everything, but sometimes just hearing a " hey how you doing? oh that? yes we are working on it" really makes you feel better about something. and maybe if you cant do this in game you could find a way to set up something like this on the forum. Or maybe, and this may be a bad idea, you could set up a chat room of some type and open it from time to time just to check in on the players and take questions. It wouldn't have to be often, but every once in awhile so we can get to know you guys, find out what you are dealing with, and better understand what you mean when you say "we are working on it". I hope i have been pretty clear in presenting my ideas and hope they are helpful to you.

I'm sure we all understand that Outspark doesn't have a lot of control over changes to the game itself, the order and timeframe in which bugs get fixed, and the like. However, I think a major area Outspark could improve in is with regards to communication with players about, well, just what's going on with the game.
Now, Lenore touched on a couple points regarding communication - and I agree, we already have an excellent medium to get messages to players (this forum), we just need to encourage people to read it.
What makes a lot of the high level players feel neglected, though, is the nearly complete lack of official word regarding many of the issues the 80+ players are currently facing (and have been facing ever since the Burning Rock update). Now, some of the bugs from that update have been fixed, which is encouraging. Quests have been updated, greens are dropping, +9 BK damage corrected, etc. However, most of these issues never made it to the Known Issues section of the forums, and indeed weren't ever officially acknowledged as a bug, until they appeared as being reported fixed in the maintenance notes, 2 hours before the fix was applied. A lot of speculation went on on the forums about these bugs (and still does about some of the existing ones) simply because people don't know if something is even a bug or not, or whether it's going to be fixed at all, let alone in the near future.
For example, there have been tons of posts from players about the insanely high evasion of Burning Rock monsters, both in the Burning Rock bug reporting thread and elsewhere. However, we have yet to see any official word on this, so we don't know if this is a bug or whether it is designed to be this way. Therefore, we don't know whether to keep mentioning it, or just shut up and accept it. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love to know for sure about this.
Another example would be Guardian's Holy Shrine mobs no longer dropping any loot at all. Now, most people assume this is a bug, because after all, stuff dropped there when BR first opened. However, it's never been acknowledged as a bug, and therefore we have no idea if the devs are even aware of it. So again, as players, what do we do? Keep talking about it, or just be quiet and hope it gets fixed?
And then, of course, there is the issue with the blues. Many of us know they haven't been removed yet... but it's been so long since any word on the subject that not only are a lot of people not sure whether they've been removed yet, some are starting to wonder if they're being removed at all, or have they decided to let them remain? Again, I think some sort of announcement would be fitting. Even if it's "Look, people, they're still going to be removed, we just can't give a set date yet, so be careful buying and selling them." There might be complaints here and there, but for the most part people will understand.
What I'd like to see are more frequent updates to the Known Issues section with the status of active bugs, even if it's simply "Reported to Development Team" or "Working as Intended". After all, the females having male face bug and the premium item bag problem were reported there. Why has nothing else from the Burning Rock update made an appearance there, months after it's opened? Updates there would, I think, go a long way towards showing that Outspark, while unable to make direct changes to the game, is at least listening to the concerns of its players and doing its best to get them addressed. It's okay to keep posts there and announcements on bugs and issues vague if you don't have a lot of information to report, but it's nice to hear -something-. This would be the single most positive PR change Outspark could make in my eyes.
Now, with that said, here's another suggestion for communication. Anyone else remember the Developer News section we used to have? I used to love reading the posts there, even knowing full well that a lot of what's posted there wasn't coming for a while, or even guaranteed at all. It was nice to get a little glimpse into what might be in store for Fiesta in the future, even if it was only tentative. I don't know why it was taken down, and I understand it might not be possible to keep it updated frequently, but it'd still be nice to see it back, or at least see an occasional developer notes announcement post.
Finally - whatever happened to class balancing? There were many official posts earlier this year indicating that this was something both Outspark and OnsOnSoft were looking into. However, the only actual change made in this regard was the lowered cooldown times on the archer AOE skills.
However, class balance has not remained a constant as the game has changed, because some of the other changes have affected the classes' relative power. For example, being able to use skills on the run has helped Archers, as they are now able to AOE kite mobs with their DoT skills. The change to instant skills no longer interrupting normal attacks has increased the single target damage capability of fighters and clerics, so that now fighters are the top single target damage dealing class. And those are just the changes -before- the Burning Rock update.
Burning Rock introduces a whole new dynamic to class balance for the 80+ crowd, mainly due to the evasion there (which, remember, we don't know if it's a bug or not). In Burning Rock, 85+ clerics are basically forced to tank, fighters are only good for single target damage, and only mages can consistently hit mobs. Archers finally have a role - their DoTs can make mobs consistently follow them, so they are good AOE pullers. Of course, despite their high aim they're still missing as much as the rest of us. And soloing? You can pretty much forget about it, on almost every class.
Now, there's not a lot Outspark can do about balancing issues, as OnsOn would have to be involved. But what Outspark can do is be aware of the gameplay changes that high level characters encounter, and report these to the dev team. That way, if some change to the game has an effect that is out of line from the developers' vision of the game, it can be corrected, because they'll know about it. Heck, for all I know, Outspark might have some say in this regard. They might be able to go to OnsOn and say, "Our players might prefer it if this aspect of the game were this way, instead of that way.. can you do this or no?" Since it's in both parties' best interests to make the game appealing to its players, perhaps this is a possibility.
Thanks for reading.

i completely agree with you thas that was a well thought out post.
Sadly i think outsparks aim is simply to get as much cash from thier cash shop and tend to in game issues last...which of course i understand that nothing can be done if the company isnt making money but come on how hard is it to post a notice everyonce and awhile? Any reasonable player knows that things arent gonna be fixed instantly but without a word from the gms or anyone from the company for that matter, without any sign ppl just start to lose faith.
Is it too much to ask for a notice here and there? Just something to show us that outspark isnt ran by robots.....

I won't address in-game problems or content changes because as I understand it, that is handled by OnSon. I would like to keep my comments along the lines of things I think Outspark can work on themselves.
> Saruin: The only thing I want is to have my PMs answered
I agree with this and I will take it one step further, it would be nice that when you need a GM while in game, they would actually respond. I had a problem this weekend and tried to get the GM (GM_Kenny) who was online to respond and he never did.
> UzumakiW: GMs have a lot more work to do [clip] take a screen shot and send it to them
I wasn't aware of this policy and I wouldn't know how to PM GM_Kenny anyway. He was online and I would have appreciated at least recognition that he knew I was trying to talk to him. A simple "please PM me with the problem" would have worked.
As far as the CS, I really don't mind, but of course I'm not the typical age group playing (which I'm thinking probably is in the 16-25 range). Since I'm in the +40 range, the money isn't a problem, but I understand why others would feel so. Understand, I have a policy I've given myself of how much CS I spend per month, so I limit it. You always have the option of not spending CS.
My only CS problem is the Red, Gold and Blue eyes that you spend real $$ on. I don't mind spending the money on these if they work. I got a new Mage Wand this weekend and went through 14, Red, Gold and Blue eyes to just get the dumb thing to +8. This doesn't include all the Blessed Elrue, Blessed and Luck Lix and Blessed and Luck Xir to get it there. Hey, if Outspark wants it setup that you are required to use eyes past +6 to level your items... then fine, just give us a CS item that takes care of it for us. One shot that you know "will" work. You buy it with CS, right click then "blam", your weapon is +9. Those who don't want to buy the CS item, could do it the old fashion way... buy stones, try and gamble the results. My first lvl 20 Wand was leveled up to +6 without any eyes and only 4 Elrue and 4 Lix, so you always would have that option.
> lordhatred: breaking down shifts
I don't agree with this. These people have lives also and want to go home during normal hours and spend time with their families. Is there anyone under a GL? Maybe there could be some sort of higher level members that don't have powers such as the GM and GL's do, but since these people could be normal gamers, they would be in-game and could at least look at the problem or here about it so they could witness what happened or what was going on and pass that info on up to a GM or GL via a screen shot. They could even be compensated through something in-game, such as chest or gold, silver, etc. to help them fund there daily hunger of Fiesta.
Sell Bots:
Ugg, I hate these things. It would be nice if there was some way you could notify a GM or GL and they could come by and just kill the bot. I can't tell you how often I'm in a whisp session and walk by one of these and because I get spammed a hundred times, whatever the person said has scrolled off the chat window. Before anyone says "just block them", I do but the next day it is still there but with a new name. Argggg.

Only problems I have with the game;
1) It's unbalanced, not JUST the classes.. but really, they always say:
"We'd like to make this game more than just a grind fest" bla bla, sure they have a weird PvP system, repetitive and boring events and several other things to do other than grinding that make you want to quit this game.. but if we don't treat this game as a grindfest you don't get anywhere and that's a fact.
If you're under level 60 then you have nothing to worry about, the game is pretty fun and the community is great, friendly and helpful. But things get boring after awhile.
I don't know if you're trying or not.. but most of the things you guys come up with keep us entertained for about a week then it's gone out the window.
2) Events are slightly.. off..
Okay, EVERY single day, "Kill the Boss event at C9 Elderine, top right corner" whatever, co-ordinates are given and the name of the event.
No offence but.. SERIOUSLY. We acknowledge the fact that you're trying but these events are just a waste of time (yours and mine) and most people just disregard this as some annoying little bug that comes to visit each day, it gets repetitive and kinda seems like the gm treats it as a chore. Like COME ON, spawning king slimes and phino's.. we can do all that in a KQ -.- I wouldn't waste an hour of my time killing a phino when I could be doing something more productive. You guys should think of something uber awesome that would grab everyones attention, something that we would prefer over everything else.
And of course, last off.. all these announcements and things by the gm's make them seem like bots, like they're auto announcing the whole event in eld and stuff.
Alot of people try to contact GM's through pm and nothing happens.. they just log and ignore you. It's REALLY frustrating, like we're not heard or we're just wasting out time even typing to them. It'd be nice if the staff actually communicated with us.
I don't know, i've played this game for over a year and it started off really great, i loved it but it's becoming less fun to play, logging on seems like a chore and I don't know why I still play, wait no I do, it's because without the people (Fiesta's community is surprisingly awesome compared to other games) this game would be deserted. No-one would play. And really, consider this, if the people are the only thing keeping me here (that applies to many other people, their friends are the only reason they continue playing this game) and slowly, on-by-one my friends are quitting then i'm going to quit, it'll turn into a chain reaction.
They all say, "Why do you still play that game? Why should you play that game when there are many others that are better?"
So as stated earlier, Outspark are the distributors and we are the customers, as customers we are unsatisfied so Outspark and Onsonsoft better step their game up.
Cash Shop items..

Yes I read your posting and agree with alot of it. I know I said I didn't have an issue with the CS, but your point about the eyes/miles was probably the one thing that does irk me a bit about it. I, too, was only able to get my hammer to +8. Not just now, but in another level as well, and it's a bit annoying. But annoys me even more now since they're very expensive to buy. I guess I hope that this is something Outspark will look into sometime.

Maybe it might be off topic, but I liked the v-day event quests. I liked them because they gave nice items, a beauty coupon and the crown. Especially I liked the crown, because it's permanent. Lots of people missed this event, so it would be great that Outspark could make this event quest again for those people or another event quest which gave a permanent item as reward. It might motivate lots of players to have fun doing another thing than just grind grind grind the whole day. The previous event quest was really bad (quest items which couldn't be traded, low drop rate of happy seeds, and honestly the cake didn't make miracles with your stats) so a permanent item might motivate somehow players to keep playing the game despite the lag and the ridiculous exp needed to lvlup (for high lv players). It's just a suggestion, I hope not to get bad/offensive replies, but constructive criticism.
Greetings,
Aurum.

Just wanted to post a response I got in my inbox after I emailed them with my concerns:

We do occasionally send out surveys specific to game issues and frequently ask the community for their feedback through public polls and by listening to the community on a daily basis.

We are always listening to our users who provide us with innovative ideas, and I would encourage you to discuss your feedback within our online community forums. Which sounds just like one of the generic letters you send out to customers when you get a complaint. lol. It really, unfortunately, didn't answer anything I asked. Which is a bit depressing since I wasn't harsh, I wasn't abusive, I was asking genuine questions which required specific answers. All I get back is this. Hmm.

I agreee
And I would like to add that the people who use SparkCash are seperated from
the Normal Fiesta Players, as in they get favored
Like when there is an event
How come they usually get the advantage over everyone else?
And there's also specific things only available to them and I'm not talking about
the SparkCash Items I mean when they are actually playing Fiesta they get more
than everyone else
Yeah yeah they give money big deal
Fix the GAME
not the money stuff
worry about that later
Gawwsh
Fix it nao

In a way I agree with you. You've brought up some pretty decent points, though I know this has been mentioned in some previous threads.. but hey you're entitled to stating your opinions. So keep at it and I'm sure they'll look at these concerns and possibly do something to save the game. lol.
Youd think theyd have common sense
Too many glitches + promotion of BUY THIS BUY THIS BUY THIS = Displeased players = wont buy sparkcash = wont play much = quit fiesta = less money
Fix the glitches + stop harassing us to buy your junk = more pleasant players = more active players = they BEGIN TO BUY MORE BECAUSE THEY ARE HAPPY WITH THE GAME = More money!
-.- Common Sense 101.
Use eet.
