Do you mean in game or in forum?

In game, there's a report option but it seems to be broken. What you can do, however, is press the print screen button. This'll save a snapshot to your harddrive. You can upload that and post it to help show "proof of violation".

i didn't get a picture but i got the names does that count?

I think getting a picture would help alot more, but providing a name could help as well...show them who to keep an eye out for.

Names are enough, you need concrete evidence, such as an unedited screenshot. You could send a PM to a GM via this Forum, or you could send Outspark an email with the screenshot attached to support@outspark.com
