Deleted Characters

If someone has already posted this up, excuse me for this but has anyone elses characters been deleted? Recently started playing again but when I finished installing the new package, I noticed all of my characters were gone.. If anyone knows about this, please reply.

Here's what happened. In Closed Beta it was announced that at the end of Closed Beta, characters would be delted.

However, about midway through CB2, they announced that anyone who made level 20 would be allowed to keep their character (sex/profession/name) but would be reset to level 1. It would be a safe bet you didn't have any characters over level 20 by the end of CB.

Pretty much try to get your name you had in CB and start anew. :)

lol Well, I had my character at Level 19, not a big deal but I put time and effort into that character. It's not the name I care about, it's the fact that I basically wasted time. But, some might say, "well atleast you know how to get through the game from Lv.1-19." lol

In cb, you weren't 'wasting time'. You were testing the game for bugs - not just playing it. That's what it meant by beta. :)

Lv19 = No effort. I can get to 19 in one day.

Try getting to 30, let alone 40-50.
