Have you finished DLing the client yet? Once that's done it'll install and you just use your user name and PW. After that you pick between Fighter, Cleric, Mage, and Archer and select your name. After that.. you get swarmed by unknown town of Roumen and its way-too-many inhabitants.

DL the game, install it and the load it up. At the box you should see a picture of the fiesta logo and some information at the bottom asking for your account name and password. Put those in and press play and hopefully it'll load up.
