Not all maintenances contain new content. Some are just meant to keep the game running as smooth as possible by tinkering with a few things.
If any new content is to be added I'm sure they will announce it.

lets hope they finally get rid of the fake blues.. *sigh.. been almost 2 months now since those came out. lets hope they fix the high eva on mobs in BR.. lets hope they fix the t4 drop rates in GHS.. LETS JUST HOPE THIS ONE IS A GOOD ONE -_-
