I think what you're talking about is Piercing Shot which you will get at lvl 75. It has stronger initial damage than MultiShot and can be used while running but I think it has nearly the same casting time as MultiShot. Spam that with Nature's Mist and you'll have fun kiting.

Only skills that has DoT (damage on time) can be used while running. Skills like Power Shot, Aimed Shot and Multi Shot can't be used the same way. If not, we'd be the pvp pawners!

Things like cast time and recast time don't chage on higher versions of the same skill. Only things like damage, heal amount, or buff effect change with higher skill levels.

Meh i cant wait for immoblise at lvl 100.... then we'll see if any fighters can get clsoe enough to touch me :P

Only the cooldown has lowered. The other 2 AoEs at higher levels can be used while running. It's alright the way it is. I can keep spamming them in abyss..
