Why can I not go to the fiesta store?

I went last week and spent some of my spark cash and i would like to buy a dress and a mount for my cleric and the website hasn't been working for me. I tried turning off my firewall and changing browsers 5 times and rebooting, deleting cookies, etc. nothing. I tried friend's computer and the computers at work and it is not working at all for anything around here. My husband (who makes video games and builds computers) couldn't even fix it (legaly) and suggested that i inform you that something has been done within the week to make it so that people using my internet server (from comcast) cannot use your website properly. Please fix the glich or I will not be spending money next pay for more spark cash like I planned.

I forgot to mention that I have been trying for 3 days to get in the store and it either keeps loading for hours, doesn't do anything at all, or error messages pop up.

First, you won't be helped just because you are using the ''next time i wont buy more sparkcash'' card.

Second, try acessing cash shop in game.

I tried that already, you think that I haven't? That one is a white screen. I walked away from the computer trying to wait for it to load, went to the bathroom, watched tv, grabbed a snack, and half an hour later it was still white. NOTHING! Thanks for your not-help.

Try a better internet connection,
can you please give me a list of web browsers?

i might be able to edit some so they load 87% faster.
