Okay, my purdy archer ish LoveAngelz and I got banned on Tuesday saying I shared my account so it's under investigation. I've waited all week to talk to my lovely LaLune but now I cannot. Saphire35 just lost her account because someone stole it. The chick who stole it was Kasumay66/Haruhi3/elis1/Dia_Love/ and a whole bunch more names by her. I haven't shared my account with anyone, except for my BFF in real-life, but I didn't think that'd count. In the past, Kasumay had tried getting me banned for no reason... well, because I wouldn't be her friend, but I hadn't done anything that broke the rules. I actually think she won... she actually did it... a little 8 year old beat me >< Matty, thank you for sticking up for me all those times. But atleast you have less to worry about ><

One. Said person was previously banned for the same reason I believe.
Two. Said person begged me for my account.
Three. Never EVER share your account.
Four. Said person is an impersonator, she came up to me one day and said "I'm you!" Sporting MY name, with an extra O. Very insulting.

Unfortunately, Where issues of account sharing is involved only a CSR can help you retrieve or punish any wrong doers in this matter so I highly recommend you just send an email to support@outspark.com. Write down your character name, server, approximate this someone "hacked" into your account and they may help you work on retrieve your account or at the very least block it so that other person may not play around with your account in the very least.

Be sure to write as much detail as possible in this issue as this will save you needless time from sending Emails back and forth. Good luck on resolving your issues.
