xtrap issues?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I'm getting pretty desperate now. Since moving to university I've had massive problems with xtrap. I get the error code - 10-0300-00000000-016

I cant play project powder or blackshot at the moment and it's really starting to annoy me. I dont know whether I can update xtrap manually, the fact that there's no website anywhere for it isn't exactly helpful.

Any help on this would be appreciated. I've not been able to get on the games for two weeks now, and as you can imagine its getting pretty frustrating.

Do you have admin permissions?

If so try right-clicking the launcher then clicking "run as"
