Just when I enter the game and the pink cat pops up, I get the message:
"Connection to servers has failed"

I checked the firewall settings and everything is ok.
What can I do to solve this? Please help
Thanks in advance

This might sound crazy but see what happens when if you remove outspark launcher from the firewall exceptions. I was having the same problem earlier today, but after I did that I was able to connect no problem.

Guys, please stick to the subject, we need to make Outspark aware to this problem

And how are we going to make them aware? They are most probably asleep. sufoku where are you from?

We can make them aware if we show them that many people have this problem and they're losing potential costumers.
And I'm from Israel btw

Outspark doesn't even let us know if they are aware of this problem/working on a solution for it
That's a shame =/

Im also having the same problem. The windo will open for choosing a server but it says cannot connect to world servers. So I dunno.

Ok, I turned off my firewall and now it works. I dunno. If you have nortons, just turn off your personal firewall. That's what I did.

It's free. Last time i herd, people that don't pay for something, usually don't get any control over the matter.
