Please post in the Troubleshooting section for the game you are trying to download.

If you've already redownloaded the setup.exe file then I would go somewhere such as download.com or CNET.com and download fiesta there.
Please post in the Troubleshooting section for the game you are trying to download.
This is for Fiesta.

Can you say what the error says?
Try making sure its only ".exe" on the end of the setup
then right-click the setup file and click "Run-As"
