ok heres my problem, i downladed the game from your site of course, and it finished pefectly, then i installed the game and that when very well too, so everything up to that point works great but when i enter my user nam and password the screen just closes, no error messages pop up or nothing could it be i have downloaded an older version of the game, cuz when i click on the launcherupdate file i get an error message sayin application failed becuz configuration is incorrect, what should i do, o and of course this is my first time trying to play the game

It could be because your hardware is not up to the minimum requirements necessary to run the game.
Another thing to watch out for is make sure the screen has fully loaded before you enter your user name and password however that usually returns a C++ error message.
Most likely it is you hardware.
Just my opinion.

Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.

Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?

Vid card drivers up to date?

Meet minimum requirements?


Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions can cause the game to NOT launch.

ok ill list my pc specs so u can see whats the problem, i have a laptop for one

512 memory/ram

80gb hard drive

1.5 ghz processor

diver version the newest, just downladed if form micorsofts main site, cant remember the name but its like augest 2007 version

and i think my my onboard graphics chip is 128 or 256 capable not 256

could it be the procssor that makes it so i cant paly the game
