i bought 4 spark cards and now they say there not activated how can i activate the cards i payed $25 for each one.

this usually happens when the cashier fails to activate the card properly at Point of Sale. The cards are not activated until it's paid for to prevent theft.

if you have your receipt, i'm sure the managers at Target will take care of your problem.

Yeah... bring them back to Target, with a receipt of course (never throw receipts away when buying those things). Take them to a cashier or customer service desk and see if they will properly activate it for you.

Yes, When you purchased a prepaid Target Outspark card, On the receipt you will notice that each outspark card that is activated at the register, the bar code numbers are recorded on the receipt. If for some odd reason that the card does not work after 3 rl hours after it is activated. By going back to Target and talk with customer representative counter you may get them to reactivate the card again to see if this works or if it does not work again, they may exchange or replace the damaged card.
