Stat Build, some feedback please?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this game and I want to test out an Archer. So I have a few questions I'd like answered.

First of all my build. I'm planning to do the following:

25 spr
but then... :confused:
I wanted to go full str after that but some say I should go pure dex and other say mix it. It's very very confusing. I want to use a bow, NOT a crossbow so can anyone tell me what would be the best stat regarding a bow?

So which one would you advise?

SPR 25
STR XXX

SPR 25
DEX XXX

OR a mix of these three stats? If so in what ratio?

I have read the guide and the other threads but I can't seem to find a clear answer anywhere :( can anyone help me on this matter? I am really such a noobie in this game. If it helps

- I would like an agile/damage dealing charry
- I would like to be able to solo effectively

I did read your guide but it just states some builds which doesn't help me at all. I'm not looking for cookie cutter builds, I just want some feedback about stats. Not a pre-made build >__<

When in-game press C, click on the blue "Free Stat" button.

There is 2 paragraph... look at the bottom one, it give description of what each stat does, look at the COLOR CODING, then look at the top paragraph see what your prefered stat does by color.

For example, End color is Cyan (bright blue), if you look at the first paragraph, those that is Cyan in color is Increase Defence, Increase Dodge and Increase MaxHP.

There you go now see what you want and from your stat and choose.

It increases block witch archers dont use because they don't have shields. Dex= Dodge.

I say go the second one because that's my build. Archer's have the highest crit rate. You should make it even higher!

But if you do go STR after the bow your damage increases. But you will probally get hit more with bow so dex is good. I say 25 SPR 25DEX 50 STR. That would be good. Although STR doesn't give you alot of damage. 50 str will be aroun 60 extra damage.

DEX for dodge, SPR for crit.

25 SPR from lvl 1-20

Go full dex after that; STR is pretty much useless if you pure str till lvl 100, you get +138 dmg only. Not worth it.

hmm i'm going with somethink a bit different, dex4:end2:spr4 ... cos i don't feel that its worthless going on beyond the 25 spr mark ... you still get an increase, but just less ... anyways just spreading some opinion

You should face it, though. You being an archer that want to solo wil be very tough. Since you really need alot of pots and such.

i got 25spr and then all dex.... that's conclusion:
In kq i never miss one single mob
In solo with hit and run i work greatly (I got Bow no Xbow).

Yeah I´ve got a question, ´cause some people say u should go on 25SPR and rest on STR and others say 25SPR and rest Dex? I really don´t know which is better pls help!!!

im going for dex:spr = 1:2. im wondering why you guys stop pump spr at 25?

25 spr = +5% crit chance

based off what ppl are saying i think might go:

25spr
then dex w/
random spr additions

I'm thinking 25 spr, 50 dex and the rest end. Since your dodge caps out at 50 (0.1% instead of 0.2%) and if you were in a guild war or whatnot I'm sure the extra padding would increase your overall survivability. I think+183 dmg for a pure str build is kinda pathetic either way you look at it, but thats just my opinion; substitute end for str if you like and tell me what you think about splitting the stats three-way.

Hi check out my guide and it might just help you decided what build/Specs to go in the near future and maybe clear up your doubts. As of this post tonight, my guide will be updated with the lastest information of the importance of DEX in the Archer class. I am personally testing this class mainly for the fact to discover the mystery behind DEX and also provide sufficient information regarding the other stats like STR, INT etc. Questionsare most welcome and i will try to provide an explaination or find a linkable resource for you.
